Sept. 12 (Bloomberg) -- Karen Ignagni, chief executive officer of America's Health Insurance Plans, talks about data showing the number of Americans without health insurance fell for the first time since 2007. About 540,000 more young people were insured in 2011, helping keep the proportion of uninsured people at about 15.7 percent, the Census Bureau said in a report. Ignagni speaks with Bloomberg's Megan Hughes in Washington. (Source: Bloomberg)
