June 21 (Bloomberg) -- Bradford DeLong, professor of economics at the University of California at Berkeley, talks about Federal Reserve monetary policy and the outlook for the U.S. economy. The Federal Reserve will expand its Operation Twist program to extend the maturities of assets on its balance sheet and said it stands ready to take further action to put unemployed Americans back to work.
