Gross: Rates at The Core Are Still Too High

June 18 (Bloomberg) -- Pimco's Bill Gross talks about the European debt crisis, the bond market and says "Rates in Spain, rates in Ireland and Greece are another matter, but rates at the core are still too high and they need the private market to come back in."
