June 15 (Bloomberg) -- Bloomberg's Scarlet Fu reports that Nokia Oyj’s debt rating was cut to junk at Moody’s Investors Service, the last of the three major credit-rating services to hold it at investment grade, after the Finnish mobile-phone maker said handset losses would increase.
