Syriza Win Won't Mean Greek Exit: Tsipras

May 20 (Bloomberg) -- Alexis Tsipras, the head of Greek anti-bailout party Syriza, will hold a meeting tomorrow in Paris with Jean-Luc Melenchon, leader of France’s radical left party, and Pierre Laurent, president of the European left party of which Tsipras is vice president, Agence France-Presse said.
