GE Capital Planning Special $4.5 Dividend to GE

May 16 (Bloomberg) -- Bloomberg's Erik Schatzker reports that General Electric Co. said it stands to receive a special dividend of $4.5 billion from its GE Capital Corp. subsidiary in 2012, the first after the payout was suspended in 2009 amid the financial crisis.
