May 15 (Bloomberg) -- Chicago Police Superintendent Garry McCarthy talks with Bloomberg's Andrew Harris and Tim Jones about the department's strategy for handling protesters at the May 20-21 North Atlantic Treaty Organization summit in the city. The meeting is a coming-out party of sorts for Chicago that its rookie mayor, Rahm Emanuel, pursued to bolster the global tourism profile of the third-largest U.S. city. More than 18,000 attendees are registered, according to NATO, and thousands of demonstrators are expected. (Source: Bloomberg)
