May 15 (Bloomberg) -- Zhang Zhiwei, chief China economist at Nomura Holdings Inc. in Hong Kong, talks about China's economic growth outlook and its central bank monetary policy. Foreign direct investment in China fell for sixth month in April, dropping 0.7 percent from a year earlier to $8.4 billion, the Ministry of Commerce said today in Beijing.
