May 14 (Bloomberg) –- Timothy Riddell, head of global markets research in Singapore at Australia & New Zealand Banking Group Ltd., talks about China's central bank monetary policy. The People’s Bank of China on May 12 lowered banks’ reserve requirements by 50 basis points, a day after data showed April industrial production, new loans and retail sales grew less than forecast.
