May 11 (Bloomberg) -- Paul Kedrosky, author of the Infectious Greed Blog and a Bloomberg contributing editor, talks about Facebook Inc.'s pending initial public offering and the outlook for the company's shares. Kedrosky also discusses Facebook co-founder Eduardo Saverin's move to renounce his U.S. citizenship before the IPO, which may reduce his tax bill.
