Silicon Valley's Floating Incubator

May 11 (Bloomberg) -- As a novel way to naviagate cumbersome visa rules for attracting foreign talent, a group of Silicon Valley investors and venture capitalists led by famed investor Peter Thiel are launching a floating incubator off the coast of northern California. Named Blueseed, the cruise ship will be home to accomodations and workspaces for young technology startups, and will perch just far enough off shore to avoid U.S. immigration rules.
