May 9 (Bloomberg) -- A federal judge today denied Oracle Corp.’s request for a ruling that Google Inc.’s use of its technology to develop Android software wasn’t “fair use.” A hearing today on the issue followed a May 7 verdict in which jurors couldn’t agree whether Google’s infringement of Oracle copyrights constituted fair use.
