April 26 (Bloomberg) -- Lee Bollinger, president of Columbia University, talks with Bloomberg's Michael McDonald about the school's expansion plans in New York's Manhattanville neighborhood in West Harlem. Bollinger had yet to take over as president in 2002 when he toured a largely industrial area about 10 blocks north of the historic campus on Manhattan's Upper West Side. The first of 16 new buildings is set to open in 2016. (Source: Bloomberg)
