Housing Data Shows `Signs of Hope,' Case Says

April 24 (Bloomberg) -- Karl Case, co-creator of the S&P/Case-Shiller index of property values in 20 U.S. cities, talks about the housing market and home prices. The S&P/Case-Shiller index fell 3.5 percent in February from a year earlier, the smallest 12-month drop since February 2011.
