April 13 (Bloomberg) -- Michael Vogelzang, chief investment officer at Boston Advisors LLC, talks about JPMorgan Chase & Co.'s first-quarter earnings and the outlook for the financial industry. JPMorgan said net income fell 3.1 percent, a smaller decline than analysts estimated, to $5.38 billion, or $1.31 a share, as mortgage revenue surged and trading almost doubled from the fourth quarter.
