April 13 (Bloomberg) -- Gordon Chang, author of "In Nuclear Showdown: North Korea Takes on the World," talks about the launch of a rocket by North Korea today and its implications for international politics and security. North Korea fired the rocket from its Sohae Satellite Launching Station at about 7:39 a.m. today, South Korean Defense Ministry spokesman Kim Min Seok said at a televised press briefing in Seoul.
