April 11 (Bloomberg) -- John Delury, an assistant professor at Yonsei University in Seoul, talks about tensions on the Korean peninsula and the North's planned long-range rocket launch. North Korea has completed assembling a rocket, and officials of the country’s Space Development Department told reporters in Pyongyang that work is on target for a launch between April 12 and April 16, the Associated Press reported.
