April 3 (Bloomberg) -- Ashti Hawrami, the Kurdish minister for natural resources, talks about the Kurdistan Regional Government's decision to stop crude oil exports to Baghdad. The Kurdish Ministry of Natural Resources said Iraq's central government failed to pay about $1.5 billion owed to oil producers since May 2011.
