March 27 (Bloomberg) -- The U.S. Supreme Court hears arguments about the constitutionality of President Barack Obama's health-care overhaul in the case of Department of Health and Human Services v. Florida. Today’s session, the second of three days of hearings, focuses on a requirement that Americans acquire insurance or pay a penalty.
