March 26 (Bloomberg) -- The U.S. Supreme Court hears the first round of arguments about the constitutionality of President Barack Obama's health-care overhaul in the case of Department of Health and Human Services v. Florida. Robert Long of Covington & Burling LLP, was appointed by the court to argue that the Anti-Injunction Act made the case premature. U.S. Solicitor General Donald Verrilli represents the federal government. Gregory Katsas of Jones Day speaks for the National Federation of Independent Business and its members.
