3LP's Rivette on Facebook's Patent Strategy

March 22 (Bloomberg) -- Kevin Rivette, a managing partner at 3LP Advisors LLC, talks about Yahoo! Inc.'s lawsuit against Facebook Inc. and Facebook's patent strategy. Facebook acquired 750 patents from International Business Machines Corp., adding intellectual property that may help it counter allegations of patent infringement, a person with knowledge of the transaction said.
