March 22 (Bloomberg) -- Frederic Neumann, Hong Kong-based co-head of Asian economic research at HSBC Holdings Plc, talks about China's manufacturing figures and the outlook for regional economies. China’s manufacturing may contract for a fifth straight month in March, bolstering the case for Premier Wen Jiabao to add measures to sustain growth even as he prolongs a campaign to cool property prices.
