March 8 (Bloomberg) -- Bloomberg's Angie Lau reports on Henry Tang, the Hong Kong chief executive candidate beset by sinking popularity and criticism over his personal conduct. Tang, the city's former chief secretary, who has rejected calls to withdraw from the race amid controversy over illegal construction work at a family home, said today all scandals about him are now out in the public ahead of this month’s leadership vote.
