Sanctions by Swift Next Step on Iran, Schanzer Says

Feb. 24 (Bloomberg) -- Jonathan Schanzer, vice president of research at the Foundation for Defense of Democracies, talks about the outlook for sanctions against Iranian banks. Swift, the global bank-transfer messaging service, said last week it is prepared to impose sanctions against Iranian financial institutions once the European Union sets out implementation rules.
