Feb. 23 (Bloomberg) -- Nicholas Heymann, an analyst at William Blair & Co., talks about United Technologies Corp.'s strategy for financing its acquisition of Goodrich Corp. United Technologies may shrink the amount of equity issued to help finance the purchase about 50 percent by relying more on asset sales and repatriation of overseas cash.
