Feb. 23 (Bloomberg) -- Jay O’Neil, senior agricultural economist at Kansas State University, talks about the outlook for grain prices. Farmers will plant corn on 94 million acres, up 2.3 percent from last year and the most since 1944, Joe Glauber, the chief economist for the U.S. Department of Agriculture, said today at a conference in Arlington, Virginia.
