Political Commercials to Help CBS, Analyst Says

Feb. 16 (Bloomberg) -- David Joyce, media analyst at Miller Tabak & Co., talks about fourth-quasrter earnings reports today by CBS Corp. and Discovery Communications Inc. CBS's net income climbed 31 percent to $370 million, or 55 cents a share. Separately, Discovery's net income jumped 76% to $336 million, or 86 cents a share.
