Japan GDP Expected to Pick Up in First Quarter

Feb. 13 (Bloomberg) -- Junko Nishioka, chief Japan economist in Tokyo at RBS Securities Japan Ltd. and a former Bank of Japan official, talks about the outlook for the nation's economic growth. Japan’s economy contracted more than economists forecast in the fourth quarter as exports slid on weakness in global demand and strength in the yen.
