Feb. 10 (Bloomberg) -- Joshua Rosner, an analyst at Graham Fisher & Co., talks about the $25 billion settlement between the U.S. and the five biggest mortgage lenders that ended a probe of abusive foreclosure practices. Bank of America Corp. JPMorgan Chase & Co., Citigroup Inc., Wells Fargo & Co. and Ally Financial Inc. negotiated with regulators for 16 months to seek the broadest possible release from claims tied to the creation and servicing of mortgages.
