Jan. 29 (Bloomberg) -- Billionaire investor George Soros, German Chancellor Angela Merkel, International Monetary Fund Managing Director Christine Lagarde and U.S. Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner discuss the outlook for the European sovereign-debt crisis.
