Jan. 18 (Bloomberg) -- Airlines canceled flights departing Seattle and schools shut as a winter snowstorm hit the normally rainy city. As much as 6 inches (15 centimeters) of snow may fall today, the National Weather Service said. That’s lower than earlier forecasts for as much as 12 inches, which would have been the city’s biggest snowfall in 27 years. (Source: Bloomberg)
