Hawaii Governor Abercrombie on Deficit, Budget

Dec. 19 (Bloomberg) -- Hawaii Governor Neil Abercrombie, a Democrat, talks with Bloomberg's Chris Palmeri about the state's budget deficit and his efforts to reduce Hawaii's debt.
