Dec. 19 (Bloomberg) -- John S. Park, senior program officer who directs Northeast Asia projects at the U.S. Institute of Peace, talks about the prospects for North Korea following the death of dictator Kim Jong Il. Kim, the second-generation leader who defied global condemnation to build nuclear weapons while his people starved, has died, state media reported.
