Dec. 15 (Bloomberg) -- Jamie Allen, Hong Kong-based secretary general of the Asian Corporate Governance Association, talks about Olympus Corp. and corporate governance in Japan. Olympus yesterday beat the deadline to avoid automatic delisting from the Tokyo Stock Exchange by filing its financial report, delayed after the camera maker admitted to a 13-year cover-up of investment losses.
