Dec. 14 (Bloomberg) -- Fadel Gheit, an analyst at Oppenheimer & Co., talks about a Brazilian federal prosecutor's request that Chevron Corp. and Transocean Ltd. suspend all activity in Brazil and pay 20 billion reais ($10.7 billion) in damages after an oil spill last month. Gheit, speaking with Mark Crumpton on Bloomberg Television's "Bottom Line," also discusses the new oil production ceiling set by the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries and the outlook for oil prices.
