Dec. 8 (Bloomberg) -- Neil Barofsky, former special inspector for the U.S. Treasury's Troubled Asset Relief Program and a Bloomberg Television contributing editor, talks about the outlook for former MF Global Holdings Ltd. Chief Executive Officer Jon Corzine's testimony before the House Agriculture Committee today. In a statement prepared for the hearing, Corzine apologized to investors, customers and employees of the failed New York broker and said he doesn’t know the location of the estimated $1.2 billion in missing client money.
