Voser Says Shell Exploring U.S. Gas-to-Liquid Plant

Dec. 7 (Bloomberg) -- Peter Voser, chief executive officer of Royal Dutch Shell Plc, discusses the company's natural-gas production, gas-to-liquid plant initiatives and an agreement with Iraq to capture natural gas from its oil fields.
