Afghanistan Will Offer `100% Security' for Mines
Dec. 6 (Bloomberg) -- Wahidullah Shahrani, Afghanistan's Mines Minister, discusses plans to tender four copper and gold deposits in the country. He says companies that gain rights will be able to operate with 100 percent security under a mines protection unit.
