Dec. 5 (Bloomberg) -- Masha Lipman, an analyst at the Moscow Carnegie Center, discusses Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin's hold on parliament after this weekend's elections and the outlook for his presidential campaign. Putin's United Russia won 49.5 percent of yesterday's vote for the State Duma, down from 64.3 percent in 2007, the last full year of Putin's second Kremlin term, the Central Election Commission said, citing preliminary results from 96 percent of votes counted. Lipman speaks from Moscow with Linzie Janis on Bloomberg Television's "Countdown." (Source: Bloomberg)
