Dec. 2 (Bloomberg) -- Scott Brown, chief economist at Raymond James & Associates Inc., talks about the November U.S. jobs report and the outlook for the U.S. economy. The jobless rate unexpectedly declined to 8.6 percent, the lowest since March 2009, from 9 percent, Labor Department figures showed today in Washington.
