Nov. 30 (Bloomberg) -- The Federal Communications Commission says AT&T Inc. failed to demonstrate the public benefits of its proposed $39 billion purchase of T-Mobile USA Inc. The FCC released a 109-page report yesterday concluding the merger would cause significant job losses. It also announced it will not contest AT&T's application to withdraw its merger application.
