Nov. 29 (Bloomberg) -- Conrad Schneider, advocacy director for the Clean Air Task Force in Brunswick, Maine, discusses the need to impose federal regulations on boiler owners such as Lincoln Paper and Tissue LLC. The Environmental Protection Agency announced on Feb. 21 stricter limits on pollution from industrial boilers, which burn fossil fuels or other materials to generate electricity at manufacturing plants.
