Trenton Mayor Mack on Budget, State Aid

Nov. 23 (Bloomberg) -- Tony Mack, mayor of Trenton, New Jersey, talks with Bloomberg's Terrence Dopp about the city's fiscal position and possible need for financial aid from the state. New Jersey's capital, a onetime factory hub where 23 percent of residents now live in poverty, is among the half of U.S. cities that have had their state aid cut since 2009, according to a September survey by the National League of Cities.
