Nov. 22 (Bloomberg) -- Andrew Herdman, director general at the Association of Asia Pacific Airlines, talks about the outlook for the region's carriers. Malaysian Airline System Bhd., part-owned by AirAsia Bhd.’s head Tony Fernandes and partners, said it will pare unprofitable routes and accelerate the retirement of older planes after posting a third straight quarterly loss.
