Nov. 21 (Bloomberg) -- Craig Sautner, a resident of Dimock, Pennsylvania, talks with Bloomberg's Terrence Dopp about a panel's decision to put off a vote allowing natural gas drilling in the Delaware River Basin. Environmental groups and residents opposing hydraulic fracturing say they see signs of a victory in the decision.
