UBS Shrinking Bank to Meet Capital Rules, Bove Says

Nov. 17 (Bloomberg) -- Richard Bove, an analyst at Rochdale Securities LLC, talks about UBS AG's plan to reduce staff at the investment bank by 2,000, or 11 percent, by the end of 2016.
