Nov. 16 (Bloomberg) -- Vijay Mallya, the billionaire chairman of Kingfisher Airlines Ltd., talks about the carrier's decision to cut flights, seek new loans and ask for government assistance. The airline has asked banks to boost working-capital facilities and will delay its order for five Airbus SAS A380 superjumbos. Mallya spoke yesterday with Bloomberg-UTV's Tanvi Shukla.
