Nov. 10 (Bloomberg) -- Alessandro Leipold, former acting director of the International Monetary Fund's European department and now chief economist at the Lisbon Council, talks about Europe's sovereign debt crisis. Yields on 10-year Italian notes surged to 7.25 percent yesterday, a euro-era record. That’s higher than the 7 percent level at which Greece, Ireland and Portugal sought international bailouts. Leipold speaks with Rishaad Salamat on Bloomberg Television's "On the Move Asia." (Source: Bloomberg)
