Oct. 28 (Bloomberg) -- Bloomberg's Jon Erlichman reports on Siri, voice-recognition software introduced this month by Apple Inc. on its iPhone 4S. Apple hasn't offered its thousands of outside developers any tools to adapt Siri technology for their own applications.
