RBS's Gallo on European Banks, Outlook

Oct. 27 (Bloomberg) -- Alberto Gallo, head of European credit strategy at Royal Bank of Scotland Group Plc, discusses the outlook for Europe's banks. The region's banks will need to raise 106 billion euros ($149 billion) in fresh capital under tougher rules being introduced in response to the euro area’s sovereign-debt crisis, the European Banking Authority said yesterday.
